Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and strategic talent acquisition specialist to join our team. As an expert in recruitment, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and recruit top candidates for various positions through proactive networking and outreach efforts
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to meet business needs, utilizing market intelligence and industry trends
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless hiring processes
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit, using behavioral-based questioning techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to post-hire support
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in recruitment or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices, and industry standards, including compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, tools, and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic record
  • Professional certifications in recruitment or human resources, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-SHRM, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field
