Business Expansion Manager

Job Overview:

Livspace seeks a seasoned Business Expansion Manager to lead the expansion of its franchise network across key regions. This role requires a proactive professional who can drive strategic initiatives, build and nurture relationships with potential partners, and spearhead team growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Analysis & Strategy:
  • Collaborate with regional managers to identify high-potential cities for Livspace franchise expansion.
  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze building material data and pinpoint key growth opportunities.
Team Development & Collaboration:
  • Lead and work closely with assigned team members to collect, analyze, and convert leads from target areas.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure alignment with Livspace's franchise standards.
Partner Engagement & Meetings:
  • Screen and shortlist potential franchise profiles that align with Livspace's criteria.
  • Oversee scheduling and coordination of meetings with interested prospects in designated areas.
Area Visits & Partnership Building:
  • Develop and execute weekly visits to potential franchise areas to understand market dynamics and foster connections.
  • Personally pitch Livspace's franchise model to prospective partners, generating interest and driving conversions.
Franchise Conversion & Onboarding:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by converting suitable profiles into Livspace franchise partners.
  • Ensure all necessary steps are completed to make new franchises operational and live within specified timelines.
Performance Evaluation:
  • Achieve franchise onboarding targets and maintain consistent performance.
  • Regularly monitor progress and take corrective actions to address any challenges in franchise conversion.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations, or sales.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, partner onboarding, and target achievement.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet prospects and explore new markets.
