About the Role
The Senior Business Operations Manager will act as the CEO's right-hand person, providing strategic, operational, and administrative support. This role involves managing high-priority initiatives, driving efficiency across teams, and enabling the CEO to focus on organizational growth and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Draft, review, and handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Strategic Assistance
- Conduct research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Support the planning and execution of strategic projects.
- Monitor and track the progress of key initiatives.
Project Coordination
- Oversee cross-departmental projects to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials as required.
Operational Efficiency
- Streamline workflows and processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of decisions and business activities.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in digital marketing or ad-tech.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
