About the Position:
  • This is a professional opportunity where you will be responsible for overseeing the exit process of employees, conducting structured interviews, gathering feedback, and providing insights to improve retention and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the group mailbox and SharePoint for incoming requests and update the respective tool with employee responses in a timely manner.
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees, ensuring confidentiality and objectivity at all times.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on exceptional or new scenarios and prepare weekly/monthly reports on transaction processing that showcase your analytical skills.
  • Understand SLA concepts and adhere to them, presenting data in a clear and logical manner that enhances decision-making.

This role requires strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Your experience in handling pilot transitions, knowledge transfer, and client-facing exposure will be highly valued.
