Job Title: Senior Techno-Functional Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Techno-Functional Project Manager to lead strategic digital and website initiatives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, technical expertise, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic project plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage website development, redesign, and optimization projects.
  • Oversee multiple projects ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality standards.
  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and present insights to leadership.
  • Champion best practices in project management methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to enhance performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge: HTML, CSS, JS, APIs, Node.js, Python, DB systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, React/Angular/Vue, Webpack, npm/yarn.
  • Exposure to CMS platforms (e.g., AEM) and AB testing tools (e.g., Adobe Target).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
