Leadership Role

As a senior sales professional, we are seeking an experienced leader to drive our digital and infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of emerging technologies combined with a proven track record of leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the digital and infrastructure solution segments.
    • Lead, coach, and mentor a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Foster a results-driven culture motivating team members to meet and surpass sales goals.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and target new business opportunities within various industries including enterprise-level organizations, government, healthcare, and financial sectors.
    • Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales approaches and strategies.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop sales forecasts, business plans, and budgets for the digital and infrastructure portfolio.
    • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing large deals.
    • Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
    • Engage in regular business reviews and account management to understand client needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
    • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization ensuring that solutions align with client requirements and expectations.
  • Market Knowledge & Industry Insight:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT solutions digital transformation, and infrastructure technologies.
    • Provide thought leadership and insights to clients positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
    • Represent the company at industry events conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Sales Performance Analysis:
    • Track measure, and report on key sales metrics including pipeline health conversion rates, and sales performance.
    • Use CRM and sales analytics tools to manage and analyze sales data making data-driven decisions to optimize the sales process.
    • Regularly assess team performance and implement improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.
