IT Consultant: Oracle HRMS Technical Specialist

We are seeking an IT Consultant with expertise in Oracle HRMS technical functionalities to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of existing customizations and application functionality.

Job Description:
  • Provide expert-level technical support for Oracle HRMS modules, including PeopleSoft HCM Benefits and Pension administration.
  • Design and develop complex customizations and solutions using People Tools and related technologies (SQRs, Application Engines, CI s, PeopleCode, XML, etc.)
  • Triage/debug production issues (Data, Code, Performance, Security, etc.), identify root cause and corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in coordinating PeopleSoft Server components like PeopleSoft Application Servers, Process Scheduler Servers, Report Repository Servers, Tuxedo, Web logic Servers, PIA (PeopleSoft Internet Architecture), Integration Broker, SQL Server.
  • Experience with Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Strong analytical skills - strong problem-solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and optimal evaluates information / data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve.
  • Good team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.
