As a leader in the design and implementation of AI-powered search solutions, you will drive innovation in data discovery and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect cognitive search solutions using Azure Cognitive Search and related AI services to empower business users with intuitive experiences.
  • Develop pipelines to ingest, index, and enrich data from diverse sources (databases, reports, dashboards, documents) to unlock valuable insights.
  • Enable natural language query capabilities for business users to interact with enterprise data through seamless integration.
  • Integrate semantic search, embeddings, and generative AI techniques for advanced analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases in finance, operations, and reporting to drive business value.
  • Partner with data lake and ADF pipeline teams to ensure smooth integration and scalable solutions.
  • Adopt agile methodologies to deliver rapid iterations and validate solutions.
  • Ensure compliance, data security, and ethical AI usage in search solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Azure Cognitive Search, Cognitive Services, and AI/ML frameworks to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data integration for search indexing to optimize data quality.
  • Familiarity with embeddings, NLP, and vector search technologies to enhance search capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with connecting search solutions to BI tools, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of data governance and enterprise data management principles to ensure secure and compliant data handling.
