Job Title: Security Practitioner- IAMDescription:

The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Identity and Access Management practice, establishing strong relationships with key technology partners and staying abreast of industry trends and emerging security threats.

This senior-level role will oversee the implementation and management of IAM services, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and compliance standards. The successful candidate will also develop and maintain comprehensive service documentation and operational procedures.

  • Develop and execute a strategy for the Identity and Access Management practice.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key technology partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging security threats.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on Red Teaming & Vulnerability Management services.
  • Deep understanding of security technologies and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Okta, SailPoint, and CyberArk.
  • Experience in managing and delivering security services to enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
