Job Title: Identity and Access Control Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Control Specialist to join our team. As an Identity and Access Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing identity management solutions using Radiant Logic's platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver identity solutions that align with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of identity management systems, including Radiant Logic, Oracle Unified directory, Active Directory, and LDAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage access to individual applications through F5 UI in AppViewX or other load balancer management tools.
  • Implement and manage identity management solutions using Radiant Logic's platform.
  • Integrate and synchronize data from Active Directory and LDAP directories into Radiant Logic's virtual directory.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to identity synchronization, data flow, and directory services.
  • Configure and optimize the Radiant Logic platform to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Review and correlate security logs.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in information security or working with information security products/platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with identity synchronization, virtual directory services, and federation.
  • Platform familiarity with Microsoft Windows Servers, IIS, and critical services.
  • Basic SQL administration and query skills, familiarity with MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL database platforms.
  • Knowledge and work experience with the Change Management process and tools.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting production and Ops Infra support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any security certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in scripting or querying languages utilizing SQL/Powershell.
  • Strong understanding of LDAP protocols, schema, and directory services, Radiant logic, Oracle Unified directory.
  • Familiarity with identity federation and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Powershell, Python).
