The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of clients' HCM solutions using Oracle Fusion. They will provide product expertise and work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure, and test the solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including payroll, core HR, absence management, talent management, time & labor, and benefits.
  • Possess a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, focusing on areas like business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Actively contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM schemas, PL/SQL is a plus.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues or problems.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspects.
