Job Title: Human Capital Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR, and related modules. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and experience with end-to-end project life cycles.

  • Drive the full project life cycle from requirements gathering to deployment, including fit-gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and configuration.
  • Configure and maintain timecard layouts, time attributes, time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM.
  • Develop and enhance Fast Formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations, as well as integrations with third-party applications and reports.
  • Manage security setup and AORs (Areas of Responsibility).

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
