Job Title: Functional Expert in Oracle Cloud HCM

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Functional Expert to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in functional areas of work, with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud, specifically in Absence, OTL, and other modules. Proficiency in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud is essential.

A strong understanding and work experience in Fast Formulas are also required. Additionally, experience in another module is necessary.

The candidate should have a strong ability to understand client requirements and map them with delivered features of the product. Identifying gaps and proposing potential workarounds to the client is a critical skill.

Key responsibilities include estimation of work for Vanilla implementation, Personalizations/work-arounds, Reports/integrations/enhancements needed, as well as Client presentations and Demos for some modules. Understanding client support needs and delivery models that would suit the client is crucial.

The candidate should be able to create proposals and respond to RFPs with overall solutions. Staying up-to-date with the nuances of new releases and features to update clients on newer solutions and estimations is also important.

Owning delivery and customer relationship for the project being managed, mentoring and guidance to the project team, quality tracking and team feedback, status reporting to internal stakeholders and client, coordinating with Oracle SMEs as needed, and providing out-of-the-box solutions when the situation demands are all essential duties.

In addition, the candidate should be able to conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications, exhibit effective analytical and organizational skills, have a good command over spoken and written English, effectively manage scope and customer expectations on individual assignments, and follow through on all assignments and take ownership of customer issues.
