Job Title: Senior HCM Implementation Specialist

Role Overview:

Lead large-scale HCM implementation projects with a proven track record of 8-10 years in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead project management, overseeing all aspects from planning to delivery.
  • Expertly navigate OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Security, and Absence Management modules to ensure seamless integration.
  • Foster strong communication and leadership skills to drive project success.
  • Develop a deep understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flows.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, conduct thorough testing, and facilitate successful go-lives.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Engage in domestic or international travel for short and long durations as required.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrate flexibility with a maximum one-month notice period or immediate joiners preferred.
  2. Showcase extensive experience in Core HR module and other mentioned modules.
  3. Possess excellent leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and organizational awareness.
  4. Demonstrate personal drive, adaptability, teamwork, and influencing and negotiating skills.
