Job Description

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team building out a rewards product. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving innovation and have significant experience in product management.

The successful candidate will work backwards from customer needs to drive an innovative roadmap of features for our points-based loyalty/rewards program. This includes partnering with engineering teams to design and implement scalable solutions, defining and tracking key performance metrics, and collaborating with global teams to launch across international marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment and not be hindered by ambiguity. They will bring significant product management experience and demonstrated ability to drive innovation on a large scale.
