Senior Software Engineer

This Senior Software Engineer position is responsible for developing and implementing software solutions to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software development projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on software development best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in software development, with a focus on RDBMS and performance tuning of complex SQL queries.
  • 6-8 years of experience in functional domains such as Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Accounting, Derivatives, Trade Life Cycle, Risk Management, Capital Markets, Investment Banking.
  • Hands-on experience with IT Business Analyst roles involving requirement gathering, data onboarding/sourcing, data analysis, requirement documentation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Good understanding of the complete trade lifecycle for various products.
  • Knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with data taxonomy and local regulatory reporting data modeling.
  • Agile methodology delivery experience.
