About the Role

We're seeking a data-driven and growth-oriented professional to execute demand generation strategies across both outbound and inbound channels. This role will be responsible for implementing demand generation action plans, driving pipeline growth, and launching high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end demand generation plans for enterprise and mid-market accounts in target geographies.
  • Owning webinars, email campaigns, ads, Google Ads, events, SEO-driven inbound strategies, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Collaborating with content and design teams to launch campaigns aligned with buyer personas and decision journeys.
  • Tracking and reporting on marketing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI.
  • Optimizing campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and market insights.
  • Overseeing the use and effectiveness of CRM, marketing automation, and website performance tools.
  • Supporting regional growth initiatives in international markets through targeted demand gen strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services.
  • Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and campaign performance tools.
  • Exposure to international markets is a plus.
