Scrum Master Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to join our team.

This role involves facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings. The ideal candidate will have excellent hands-on experience with SAFe Agile and ADO board.

  1. Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings
  2. Hands on experience in developing using ADO dashboard to track key Agile performance health KPIs
  3. Effective communication and action orientation
  4. Good hands on experience with Agile Estimating and planning techniques
  5. In depth hands on experience in Sprint Forecasting
  6. Effective in Removing impediments
  7. Knowledge of various well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach

The successful candidate will also have good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience as a dedicated and full time Scrum Master
  • Excellent hands on and understanding of SAFe Agile and ADO board
  • Facilitation skills and effective communication
  • Action orientation and follow through
  • Good hands on experience with Agile Estimating and planning techniques
  • In depth hands on experience in Sprint Forecasting
  • Knowledge of various well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach
  • Working in SharePoint Technology preferably SharePoint 2019 Online experience is required
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership
  • Facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution
  • Continual improvement empowerment and increasing transparency
