We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Executive to support our Agile delivery processes, ensuring governance, transparency, and efficiency across our digital assets.

This exciting opportunity will involve collaborating closely with Scrum teams to monitor sprint performance, maintain compliance with governance standards, and drive continuous improvement using tools like Azure DevOps.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Agile Governance Support: Ensure Agile Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) align with governance policies.
  • Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, team capacity) to leadership.
  • Facilitate adherence to delivery standards and best practices across product teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps – boards, queries, dashboards.
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
