Project Management Expertise Sought

We're looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee product direction and day-to-day operations for a remote team working on web, mobile, and back-end solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product backlog, writing user stories, and setting priorities. They will also build and track project schedules, drive releases to web, App Store, and Google Play on time, and run weekly stakeholder meetings and daily stand-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product backlog, write user stories, and set priorities.
  • Build and track project schedules (Agile boards or Waterfall Gantt—whichever fits).
  • Drive releases to web, App Store, and Google Play on time.
  • Run and document weekly stakeholder meetings and daily stand-ups.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements from the founder.
  • Break features into epics/user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Groom and reprioritise the backlog in Notion.
  • Create sprint boards or Gantt timelines in Notion.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
  • Schedule, host, and document weekly planning/review meetings and daily stand-ups.
  • Distribute concise action items and follow-ups.
  • Compile release notes, verify QA sign-off, coordinate App Store & Play Store submissions, and oversee web deploys.
  • Surface schedule/scope risks early and propose mitigation.
  • Deliver concise weekly status reports (scope, timeline, budget).
  • Facilitate retrospectives and refine workflows; keep documentation, change logs, and test plans current in Notion.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing software projects with both Agile and Waterfall methods.
  • Expert with Notion for task boards, docs, timelines, and release checklists.
  • Proven backlog-grooming and user-story writing experience.
  • Familiar with mobile & web pipelines (Flutter, React, iOS/Android store releases).
  • Comfortable reading Git tickets and API specs (no coding required).
  • Fluent English—able to run meetings, write clear minutes, and communicate with international stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational habits, proactive follow-up, and clear risk escalation.
