Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned coach to join our team and drive Operational Excellence initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in continuous improvement, with experience in coaching and mentoring team leaders and managers.

Key Responsibilities include promoting and supporting the rollout of OpEx tools and techniques, providing regular feedback through coaching to aid operational change, and documenting best practices across the team and wider business.

The successful candidate will be patient, encouraging, and empathetic, yet able to challenge coachees to step out of their comfort zones to learn and adopt new ways of working.

  • Coaching: Support team leaders and managers to implement and adopt OpEx, providing regular feedback and guidance to aid operational change.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize process improvements, ensuring benefits are realized, goals are achieved, and change is sustained.
  • Best Practices: Document and share best practices across the team and wider business, promoting a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Continuous Improvement accreditation/qualifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
  • Data analysis skills and competence in Excel to analyze large data sets and present data graphically
  • Presentation and training skills, with ability to run face-to-face and virtual courses
