Business Insights Analyst

A vital member of our team, the Business Insights Analyst is responsible for extracting insights from structured and unstructured data. This involves automating data collection, preprocessing, and cleaning processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify patterns, trends, and actionable business insights by analyzing large datasets.
  • Design and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to drive business decisions.
  • Develop and optimize databases, data pipelines, and analytics strategies for efficiency and scalability.
  • Communicate insights to stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
Requirements & Skills:
  • 4–7+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Python, R, and knowledge of Java/Scala/C++.
  • Proficiency in data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Familiarity with big data frameworks and ETL processes.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, mathematics, and operations research.
  • Skilled in data modeling, database design, and segmentation techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving aptitude and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
