Job Summary:

This role involves fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues to deliver defined business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster collaboration and ensure effective communication with key stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Develop a key client stakeholder matrix, maintaining regular engagement and driving high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Manage supplier relationships for assigned suppliers.
  • Analyze spend and contract data to identify sourcing opportunities.
  • Formulate category-specific cost models for business needs.
  • Work with clients and colleagues to define and implement IT strategies and sourcing area plans.
  • Lead and execute IT sourcing projects from end-to-end, adhering to defined timelines and service quality standards.
  • Deliver allocated savings targets through effective management of sourcing initiatives.
  • Maintain a high level of ethics in supplier and/or client engagements.
Requirements:
  • University degree in economics or Supply Management.
  • Additional Sourcing/Procurement certification is advantageous.
  • Strong oral and written English language skills are required.
  • A minimum of 12-15 years' experience in strategic sourcing, ideally gained in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to positively influence people to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
