- Facilities Management and Maintenance
Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of facilities.
Finalize contracts and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
Conduct surprise inspections to ensure maintenance of high standards.
Maintain collaboration with vendors to uphold high housekeeping standards.
Procure necessary materials, purchase supplies and equipment, and track inventory levels.
Perform routine office maintenance, renew service agreements for HVAC systems, printers, telephones, water purifiers, and TVs.
Liaise with government agencies and officials as required.
Ensure timely maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, electrical, and mechanical systems.

- Canteen Services and Vendor Management
Oversee the company canteen operations.
Monitor dining hall hygiene and maintain checklists.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Manage crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen, and pantry equipment.
Manage food waste effectively.
Select catering services based on quality, timeliness, quantity, hygiene, and proximity.
Organize snacks and meals for employees and guests.
Provide mineral water, tea, and coffee vending machines.
- Transportation Services and Logistics
Plan bus routes, schedule vehicle maintenance, and manage employee transportation.
Monitor mileage and optimize vehicle utilization.
Review routes and assess vehicle usage and underutilization.
Arrange driver and employee safety and security training.
Regularly inspect vehicle fitness, driver medical certifications, PUC, driving licenses, insurance, and taxes.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including air bookings, train reservations, taxi services, and hotel accommodations.
- Vendor Relationships and Contract Management
Negotiate and collaborate with vendors and agencies for effective corporate partnerships and AMCs.
Renew contracts, verify invoices, and ensure prompt payment.
