Job Summary
This is a hybrid role for an Operations and Administrative Assistant to the Managing Director. The individual will manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate meetings and schedules, handle communications, assist in project management, prepare reports, maintain records, and support the MD in day-to-day operations.

- Coordinate meetings and schedules, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Handle client communications and logistical arrangements
- Assist in project management and provide administrative support
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and administrative skills, experience in project management and coordination, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in office software and tools, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
