We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Expense Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our expense management processes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for Workday Expense configuration, security administration, business process configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, test, and deploy leading practice-based business processes and solutions.
- Lead Workday-enabled finance expenses workstreams to optimize business processes by enhancing workflows, automating manual tasks, and providing actionable insights through data reporting and analytics.
- Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documented business requirements for requested changes, enhancements, or projects.
- Partner with HR teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
- Requirements:
- 6+ years of Workday Expenses experience with proficiency in the use of Workday HCM.
- Excellent knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder).
- Proven Workday functional expertise in the Expense module, including familiarity with delivered functionality and reports.
- Experience with Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and integration development.
- Ability to customize the Workday Expense and expand expertise to encompass new areas of Expense Management.
