Key Role:

MDM Lead

As a seasoned Master Data Management professional, you will spearhead our enterprise-wide initiatives, overseeing the strategic design and implementation of MDM solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strategic Vision:
    • A proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive MDM roadmaps and architectures.
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering end-to-end MDM solutions.
  • Data Governance & Quality:
    • Expertise in establishing data governance frameworks, stewardship models, and quality management processes.
    • Strong understanding of data standardization, enrichment, matching, merging, and survivorship rules.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in configuring, deploying, and supporting MDM tools (Informatica, Reltio, SAP MDG).
    • Experience with integrating MDM solutions with CRM, ERP, Data Warehouse, BI, and downstream systems.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with business leaders and functional teams.
    • Ability to define KPIs and monitor the effectiveness of MDM initiatives.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Proven leadership skills to mentor and develop MDM developers, data analysts, and data stewards.
