Job Title: Enterprise Data Solutions Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade data solutions.

About the Role:

As an Enterprise Data Solutions Strategist, you will be responsible for developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business needs. You will architect, implement, and optimize data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes for analytics and reporting. Additionally, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution consultants, and sales teams during presales discussions, including RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, and client workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end data solutions across enterprise environments.
  • Provide architectural guidance on ETL/ELT design, data integration, and migration strategies.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure architecture is implemented as designed and meets business requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise data solutions.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) and data architecture frameworks.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering data warehouse solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools.
  • Strong understanding of SQL, database optimization, and query tuning.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and their native data services.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with both business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Big Data ecosystems.
  • Experience in real-time data integration and streaming analytics.
  • Exposure to machine learning and advanced analytics enablement.
