Executive Recruitment Leader

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in non-IT business professional and engineering roles, with relevant working experience using MSP/VMS based clients or direct clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing creative sourcing techniques, screening candidates, managing internal ATS systems, and creating strong relationships with management, peers, and prospective candidates.
Key qualifications include 5-7 years of work experience as an US non-IT/Engineering recruiter and 2+ years of experience as a team leader, with strong technical expertise and ability to comprehend and communicate job requirements.
The right person will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently with little supervision, and a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments.
