Business Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Training Manager to oversee business training for a retail organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, logical reasoning ability, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Team Onboarding: Collaborate with leads and customers to ensure seamless SOP updates.
  • New Transitions: Lead the team from knowledge transfer to stable operations, handling every aspect of new transitions from a training perspective.
  • Training Logistics: Develop pre-KT, KT plans, and ensure daily adherence and effectiveness of training readiness for new hire classes. Create documentation, utilize learning tools, and conduct timely process trainings.
  • Error Analysis and Training Needs: Conduct root cause analysis, identify training needs, plan and conduct refreshers, knowledge assessments, and build action plans for individuals missing SLAs during and post-training.
  • Quality Leadership: Lead quality metrics for processes, oversee a team of quality auditors, and develop quality audit frameworks for the organization.
  • Daily Touchpoints: Foster effective knowledge management and people development practices through daily interactions with process trainers and SMEs.
  • Quality Improvement Projects: Spearhead all quality and improvement initiatives in execution projects.
