We are building India's largest agri-commerce network.

As a Field Sales leader, you will lead the design, hiring, and management of a 400-member ground force tasked with onboarding retailers onto our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and manage a 400-member distributed field activation team across India
  • Design and standardize sales and training processes
  • Drive performance systems to maximise productivity and control Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding experience
  • Manage vendors, agencies, and local partners for hiring, logistics, and compliance

Requirements:

  • 10 - 15 years experience in sales force management in industries like FMCG, fintech, telecom, microfinance, or B2B marketplaces
  • Strong grasp of unit economics and experience driving CAC discipline
  • Hands-on with data-driven sales ops (MIS, dashboards, funnel metrics)
  • Proven track record of building and scaling large distributed teams from scratch
  • Experience with vendor management for field-force hiring
