Regional Distribution Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic role within a diverse team that is pushing boundaries. Your key responsibilities will include executing strategic distribution plans and driving distribution development for the South Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain regional distribution strategies* Identify new retail locations and manage real estate networks* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure store design, layout, and costs align with operational needs* Build and maintain a network of real estate agents and other relevant distribution contacts* Evaluate available locations and prepare business plans in cooperation with local sales teams

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business or related field* Minimum 5-8 years of experience in fashion customer-and commercial-focused retail operations environment* Proven track record in driving distribution development for South Asia business* Strong understanding of retail trade and leasing development* Solid business acumen and interpersonal skills* Good understanding of operational models and respective divisions* Proficient numeracy, literacy, and communication skills* Experience in managing ERP systems or equivalent
