Human Resource Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished professional to assume a pivotal role in our HR division. This key position will play a critical part in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives, policies, and programs that align with our organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business needs and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Design and oversee recruitment strategies and processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
- Promote positive employee relations by encouraging open communication, conflict resolution, and a respectful work environment.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Identify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and facilitate employee skill enhancement and career growth.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
- Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with HR systems and software for data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.
