Job Title: Team Leader


About the Role

This is a leadership position responsible for guiding and directing a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing teams.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of up to 20 members
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals to facilitate performance management
  • Manage leave requests in accordance with Earning Season calendar
  • Liaise with all support functions to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain discipline during shifts and confidentiality of information dealt with
  • Assign work to agents and facilitate clearance of bins by end of day
  • Implement action plans for team and individual performance improvement
  • Conduct weekly team meetings and monthly grievance sessions
  • Monitor production rate and take appropriate action
  • Assign agents on projects based on performance and knowledge attributes

Requirements
  • Ability to implement processes effectively
  • Good numerical ability and accurate reporting
  • Any Graduate or PG
  • Excellent communication skills for leading teams
  • Minimum 5-6 years of work experience with at least 1 year in supervising people
  • Should have conducted 1 appraisal cycle for his/her team
  • Minimum span of team managed currently should be 8
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • 6 Sigma background (Green Belt, Yellow Belt, LEAN, etc.) is preferable
