  • Meet monthly targets for recruiting new advisors.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare management information reports as per the instructions of superiors.

  • Excellent convincing abilities and strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
  • A positive attitude, strong team culture, and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Preferably, knowledge of financial products and sales techniques.
