Job Description

As an Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data-driven strategies that drive business growth. You will lead a team of data analysts to design and implement analytics frameworks, models, and tools to support marketing efforts.

The role involves managing large datasets from various sources, including CRM, loyalty programs, digital marketing channels, and e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define data architecture, storage, and ensure seamless data pipelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing data science projects using best-in-class project management practices.
  • Anticipating and mitigating obstacles, resistance, and conflict that might compromise timelines and delivery.
  • Collaborating with brand teams to approach and recommend further collaboration initiatives across the marketing organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 8+ years of experience in data science & analytics, CRM & Loyalty, digital marketing & E-Com.
  • Deep expertise in data science, machine learning, and marketing.
  • Robust experience applying data science concepts to marketing.
  • Expertise in SQL, R/Python, Salesforce, PowerBI, GA4, Facebook/Google advertising, IRIS, Pi, MS-Office suite.
  • Strong math skills (i.e., statistics, algebra), analytical thinking, and business acumen.
  • Strong data visualization skills and the ability to translate and communicate analytics and insights to non-technical audiences.
