Rural Business Finance Loan Analytics Lead

Job Overview:
Rural Finance Analytics LeadWe are seeking a seasoned analytics expert to lead our rural finance loan analytics initiative.
The successful candidate will have expertise in statistical modeling, data analysis, and business acumen. They will drive key performance indicators, identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and develop predictive models to assess credit risk.
- Develop and maintain statistical models to evaluate loan portfolios and forecast future performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new financial products and services
- Provide actionable insights to improve underwriting criteria, loan origination processes, and customer targeting strategies
The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience with R, Python, PL/SQL, and proficiency in statistics and analytics tools. Prior experience in the BFSI domain is an advantage.
