The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced professionals with expertise in Business Analysis Operational Technology Control Systems (OT CS), ADMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA, to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyse, understand and document client needs from a business perspective and work with the client to arrive at optimal solutions leveraging the experience and expertise in OT CS, ADMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA.
  • Identify integration needs with any other systems and provide detailed information about these systems to Solution Architects as well as Technical Teams.
  • Act as an interface between Client Teams and Technical Teams.
  • Explore opportunities for transformation and suggest ideas to transform the way the client works to be truly digital in the Digital Era.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate expert core consulting skills and advanced level of OT CS, ADMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Perform an appropriate role in business development in terms of presales and practice development.
  • Experience working with clients throughout various parts of the implementation lifecycle.
  • Proactive with Solution-oriented mindset, ready to learn new technologies for Client requirements.
  • Demonstrate people management and an ability to conduct and lead consultancy assignments.
  • Be result-oriented as well as people-focused.
