
Business Development Lead

This role involves leading business development efforts, building relationships with government and public sector organizations, and driving revenue growth through sales and pipeline generation. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the public sector landscape and be able to effectively communicate our value proposition to key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate revenue from key public sector accounts and territories
- Manage client relationships from end-to-end, including proposal development, pitch presentations, and post-sales support
- Research new market opportunities and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other methods
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and develop targeted approaches to engage with existing and prospective clients
- Prepare high-quality proposals, approach notes, and pitch decks that clearly articulate our value proposition and meet client needs
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
- Masters degree in business administration or education or a related discipline
- Experience in curriculum design and blended learning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop targeted solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
