We are seeking a visionary Project Lead to spearhead multiple renovation and fitout projects for our esteemed client based out of Gurugram, Haryana.

This role presents the opportunity to work on high-impact projects with renowned hospitality brands, driving growth and innovation in the industry.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field
  • At least 12 years of experience in hospitality fit-out projects
  • Familiarity with international hotel brand standards (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt)
  • Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project execution from design through procurement and construction.

Key responsibilities include:

Pre-Construction
  • Developing comprehensive master schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies
  • Creating effective construction strategies with logistics plans
  • Coordinating with cost planning teams for budget preparation
  • Leading the design process, design reviews, value engineering, and timely release of design packages
Programme Management
  • Preparing fortnightly/monthly schedule trackers
  • Overseeing BOI deliveries and store management
  • Identifying delays and proposing acceleration methods
  • Flagging risks to timelines and suggesting mitigation plans
  • Coordinating with hotel operations and asset management teams on proposed shutdowns
Contracts & Cost Management
  • Preparing, tracking, and updating tender event schedules
  • Coordinating with commercial management teams for tender package preparation, administration, and contract award
  • Managing change order processes
  • Leading third-party QS for post-contract QS and certification of bills
  • Preparing monthly cost reports, cash flow, and budget updates
Construction Management
  • Supervising site logistics, shutdown plans, and works execution strategy in a running hotel
  • Leading design coordination between design consultants, vendors, and contractors
  • Monitoring contractor work progress and resource adequacy
  • Implementing quality control and safety procedures at site
  • Managing changes during execution
  • Leading project handover to owner/operator
