Job Title: Information Technology Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support across critical workstreams. This is a hands-on role where you will keep projects on track by managing schedules, documentation, risks, and governance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating project activities, schedules, and meetings; managing calendars and logistics.
  • Maintaining trackers, reports, and governance-ready documentation.
  • Monitoring milestones, risks, issues, and change logs.
  • Liaising with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance.
  • Supporting UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator in a banking environment.
  • Strong organisation, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
  • Experience producing documentation, trackers, and reports.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across cross-functional teams.
