Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, secure, and well-maintained.

About the Role:
  • Operational Management: Oversees the day-to-day facility operations, including soft services, administration, technical, maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
  • Administrative & Soft Services Management: Oversees housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, and other administrative and soft services day-to-day operations.
  • Inventory Management: Tracks inventory, forecasts demand, places weekly and monthly orders, maintains AMC's, receives and stores goods in stores.
  • Staff Management: Supervises all facility support staff, including technicians, maintenance personnel, office attendants, pantry, and housekeeping staff, assigns and aligns support for day-to-day operations, including attendance, records, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In any stream
  • Certification/ Diploma: In Facilities Management or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years experience in corporate MNCs in facility management, maintenance, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Regularly inspects buildings, equipment, and systems to identify and address potential problems, installs, maintains, and repairs various systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other equipment
  • Vendor and Contract Management: Communicates and coordinates with pan-India and global vendors for facility services, manages their performance, and raises purchase requisitions in the system for products and facility services
  • Communication and Liaison: Acts as a point of contact for facilities-related issues, liaises with stakeholders and global clients, effectively communicates and collaborates with internal and external teams, departments, and stakeholders regarding overall facilities, operations, maintenance issues, and updates
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Advanced Excel: Required
  • ERP Knowledge: Preferred
