Lead MICE Operations

The ideal candidate will lead and oversee all operational aspects of the MICE division, ensuring seamless planning and execution of high-quality events and corporate programs.

  • Manage end-to-end operations of MICE events, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and team management.
  • Lead the operations team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and client relations to align operational execution with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, venues, and service providers to secure competitive rates and quality services.
  2. Conduct site inspections, assess venues, and ensure all event requirements are met.
  3. Monitor and evaluate operational efficiency, implement process improvements, and drive cost optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years in event operations or related roles, with 3+ years in MICE operations leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of the MICE industry, event management best practices, and vendor management.
