About the Opportunity:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer relationship management strategies to drive business growth and increase customer engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a database of client interactions, including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Develop and implement data-driven CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships and improve business performance.
- Analyze metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement in customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in customer communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 0-6 years of experience in CRM management or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mastery of CRM software and tools.
- Experience in sales or marketing industry.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
