
LAP Business Development Expert

Key Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in lending, with the most recent 3-4 years dedicated to the LAP segment. They should also have exposure to various sourcing models for LAP business, including DSA, CA connectors, Direct sourcing, and Cross Sell.
- Proficiency in working with at least two cities or the top city in the given region is essential for this role. The candidate should be well-versed in legal and technical nuances of properties in the respective geographies.
- A strong network of key/high-performing DSAs in key cities is required for success in this position. Additionally, the candidate should have a decent understanding of financial analysis, underwriting methods, property-related nuances, and business segments in the cities within the region.
- Local language understanding is crucial for effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders. A sound inclination towards technology/digital processes is also necessary for this role.
Requirements
- Min. 7 years of lending work ex, of which recent (min.) 3-4 years' exp should be in LAP to SENP segment
- Sound exposure to various sourcing models for LAP business- DSA, CA connectors, Direct sourcing, Cross Sell (DSA being primary requirement)
- Atleast 2 cities (or top most city) in the given region in LAP segment
- Well versed with legal and technical nuances of various properties in the given geographies
- Sound understanding of requirements of various cross functional stakeholders (Risk/Credit, Technical, Lawyer, operations, product team etc.)
- Strong network of key/high performing DSAs in key cities in the region
- Decent understanding of financial analysis, underwriting methods, property related nuances, business segments in the cities under the region
- Understanding of local language in the region is a must
- Sound inclination towards technolgy/digital processes
