Job Overview

Cashiers play a vital role in ensuring seamless transactions at retail establishments. We are seeking an experienced Cashier to join our team.

  • Handle cash, credit or check transactions with customers efficiently and accurately.
  • Scan goods and collect payments promptly, while ensuring pricing is correct.
  • Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets as needed, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process returns and verify if items are damaged or defective.
  • Assist customers with queries and resolve issues promptly, escalating concerns to management when necessary.
