KwikChk, built by our team, tackles the problem of counterfeits using an on-demand crowd-sourced product verification solution based on Machine Learning and Blockchain technologies. Our aim is to save consumers from unsafe, banned, mislabeled, or counterfeit products and enhance supply chain safety.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, recommending suitable products or services, and closing sales. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, keeping track of stock levels, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries and complaints efficiently. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for contributing to sales strategies and working towards achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, or retail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand and recommend products based on customer needs
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
