Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida as a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, presenting and explaining mutual fund products, answering client inquiries, and maintaining client relationships. Additional duties include assisting in the development of marketing strategies, keeping up-to-date with financial markets, and preparing sales reports.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of mutual funds, financial markets, and investment products
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in financial services is a plus
