We have 25 years of experience in designing, building, and managing homes worldwide. Currently, we have 8 projects with approximately 4500 custom-designed, furnished homes and commercial/institutional buildings covering a total saleable area of about 14 million square feet under construction at Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad.

This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate PHE & irrigation designs into the overall project model, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to relevant standards and codes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed BIM models for irrigation and PHE systems (plumbing, drainage, fire protection, etc.)
  • Identify and resolve clashes between irrigation, PHE systems, and other building components
  • Generate construction drawings, schedules, and other documentation related to irrigation, PHE systems
  • C coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP disciplines
  • E nsure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the irrigation, PHE BIM models and related documentation
  • A dhere to relevant BIM standards, project specifications, and building codes
  • A ssist in project planning, scheduling, and execution related to PHE systems
  • U tilize BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or similar, with expertise in PHE system modeling and detailing
  • I dentify and resolve technical issues related to PHE design and construction
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field's engineering with 2+ years of experience in PHE Modeling
  • P roficiency in BIM software like Revit
  • S trong understanding of PHE system design principles and codes, knowledge of BIM standards
