**Job Title:** Public Health Engineering Modeller

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Health Engineering Modeller to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for planning and designing building services elements of the PHE/FF discipline.

About the Role:
  • We require an individual with experience in high rise buildings, shopping malls, hotels, metro projects, and knowledge on inter-disciplines such as water supply, sewerage, and drainage.
  • The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of experience in Public Health Engineering design and be proficient in relevant software such as Auto CAD, REVIT, Navisworks, and IT Literacy.
  • Knowledge of local authority codes and regulations, international codes, and sustainable building practices is essential.
About You:
  • You will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil - Environment/Public Health Engineering discipline.
  • A strong background in reviewing and checking drawings and calculations is required.
  • You should have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with clients directly.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and plan building services elements of the PHE/FF discipline.
  2. Lead a team of technicians/modellers and ensure all design work is carried out in accordance with Company quality standard procedures.
  3. Ensure seamless coordination between other sections/disciplines and check all design output.
  4. Develop and implement effective task management strategies for design engineers and CAD Technicians.
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with BIM software such as Auto desk REVIT/Bentley AECOsim.
  • Experience in digital automation of PH/FF services through scripting or programming languages.
  • Knowledge of irrigation distribution network design.
